Rundweg vom Parkplatz Sandhütte zur Renchtalhütte. Von der Renchtal geht es dann in der halben Zeit des Hinweges wieder zurück.

Rundweg vom Parkplatz Sandhütte (unterhalb Zuflucht) über den Maisacher Grat ins Wernestbachtal. Dann über den Höhenweg vorbei an Bretmatt geht es dann hinauf einen wenig begangenen Pfad bis zur Renchtalhütte. Wer den Pfad nicht gehen möchte kann sich rechts halten und über Breitenberg auf der wenig befahrenen Straße auch zur Renchtalhütte kommen. An der letzten Weggabelung vor der Renchtalhütte geht es gerade aus auf den Grenzpfad, die Böschung lässt dies zunächst nicht vermuten. Von der Renchtal geht es dann den ersten Weg links hinab. Wer obenbleiben will kann den nächsten Abzweig links nehmen, die Wege führen wieder zusammen.
