This culinary journey starts at the train station in Bad Griesbach and runs through open woodland to the range of hills of the Rench valley.

Along the way four excellent restaurants offer the authentic taste of the Black Forest. If cozy mountain hut, tourist café or restaurant with sophisticated cuisine, everyone finds his favourite.

Turn-by-turn directions

Start of the tour is the trail station in Bad Griesbach. Follow the B28 and leave it at the end of the village to the left site into the street Hofacker. Follow this way until you reach the hotel Dollenberg. There you cross the car park and take the way Dissenhofweg. Over the way Maierslochweg you come to the guesthouse Herbstwasen. Below the guesthouse the way moves to the right into a graveled forest path and leads you to the Weiherplatz. From there you pass the hut Fischfelsenhütte and take the way Mittlerer Brandweg to the next stop the guesthouse Renchtalhütte. Here you take the tared street downhill over the hill Breitenberg to the strat point of the route, the trail station Bad Griesbach.
