With 422 meters the Lemberg is the highest elevation on the Nahe. Lviv is the starting point for many hikes. A very well signposted hiking trail network with hiking maps, benches and places to linger make the special appeal of a Lviv hike. From the Lemberghütte the hiker enjoys a wonderful view of the Nahe Valley and far beyond. The delightful distant view always captivates visitors from near and far. So far, several pre-Christian altars have been found on the heights, which provide evidence of a Celtic-Roman cult site.
