The 10 Most Beautiful natural monuments in Bad Kreuznach

Trübenbachtal 1
Natural Monument · Nahe
Romantisches Trübenbachtal
Romantic Trübenbachtal A special natural experience is the gorge-like, wildly romantic Trübenbachtal, which is the focus of the hike. Mosses, ferns and a small waterfall surprise hikers, as do the oak, ash and hornbeam slopes. That alone would be worth the hike, but the Kyrburg with its magnificent view and the church in Kirnsulzbach with its three baroque altars go one step further.

The Hachenfels, a natural monument, is located near Bärenbach/Nahe and offers far-reaching views of the Nahe valley on the 'Bear Route' Vital Tour.
Aussicht Teufelshütte
Natural Monument · Nahe
Naturdenkmal " Teufelsfels" mit Aussichturm und Wanderhütte
The so-called "Devil's Rock" is an imposing and geological natural monument, a quartzite rock more than 300 million years old. In the villages around there is a wonderful legend about the "stupid" devil. From the platform of the "Langer Heinrich" observation tower, there are magnificent all-round views when the visibility is good. Right next to it, hikers and visitors are invited to visit the newly built log cabin with panoramic terrace. It is lovingly furnished and offers space to sit, sleep and enjoy the time. The USB charging sockets in the sleeping area are a small treat.
Rheingrafenstein mit Fähre
Natural Monument · Nahe
Rheingrafenstein mit Burgruine
Steep, 136m high porphyry rock high above the Nahe bank with castle ruins of the same name. Opposite the spa gardens and the Nahe promenade. Its origin is legendary: The devil is said to have built the castle on the steep, 245 m high rock massif. What is certain is that it probably dates from the 11th century and was the ancestral castle of the "Herren vom Stein", the later wild- and Rhine counts. Since the French troops of Louis XIV blew up the castle in 1689, it has been a ruin and today is a landmark of the town of Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg. The somewhat steep ascent is rewarded with a magnificent view of the city and the surrounding area. The ascent begins adventurously with the crossing of the hand-pulled ferry, it takes about 30 minutes.
